Dilema Mahasiswa saat Ujian

Generasi bangsa saat ini yang dimiliki bangsa Indonesia ada diruangan yang berukuran 8×9 meter ini. Harapan dan cita-cita mereka pasti sangatlah luar biasa tentunya. Namun sekali lagi. dilema mahasiswa saat ujian menggunakan cara-cara yang salah menjadi persoalan yang turun menurun akan terus berjalan. Yah, menyontek. Tengok kanan dan kiri menjadi pemandangan yang sangat familiar rasanya.

Akupun heran, mengapa aku harus terperangkap di ruangan full AC ini. Fasilitas yang jarang ditemukan pada waktu zaman dahulu. Tetapi, di zaman tersebut semua mahasiswa tercetak menjadi mahasiswa yang berhasil dan yang mereka inginkan.

Apakah ini pola belajar mahasiswa yang salah? atau juga dosen yang mengajar mahasiswa yang menghantam rata pengajaran dengan teori-teori yang sama. Bahkan dari tahun ke tahun, aku merasa sendiri susahnya menjadi mahasiswa yang tak punya otak pas-pasan untuk berpikir mata kuliah soal hitungan.

Aku pun tersenyum melihat pengawas didepanku. Seorang wanita paruh baya yang sangat cantik, ramah, pendiam dan selalu memegang hapenya. Di satu sisi lain, kanan dan kiri teman-temanku pada sibuk menoleh mencari jawaban. Mereka seperti berharap mendapat jawaban yang langsung turun dari langit. Atau juga, si mba pengawas bisa pergi keluar dari ruangan ini dan kami bisa leluasa menyontek.

Kalian yang belum menjadi mahasiswa atau mantan mahasiswa pasti pernah merasakan apa yang kurasakan saat ini. Duduk dibangku urutan terdepan hanya bisa menunggu dan otak kosong.

Suara langkah pengawas sepertinya tahu siapa yang sedang berusaha untuk mencari kesempatan. Tapi para mahasiswa tetap tak menghiraukan langkah tersebut. Bagi mereka nilai lebih penting daripada mengulang di semester depan.

Akhirnya aku mengerti satu hal. Waktu dulu aku nggak pernah berusaha jujur pada diriku sendiri. Setiap ujian selalu menyontek dan ini hasilnya. Apakah semua mahasiswa yang ada di dalam ruangan ini sama denganku atau juga sifat mereka sama juga denganku.

Tapi aku dan semua mahasiswa yang ada di ruangan ini juga nggak ingin selalu dibilang salah. Kami berharap dosen pengajar kami, tahu bagaimana memberikan pelajaran dan ilmu kepada kami dengan mengetahui kelebihan dan kelemahan sifat kami. Bukan mengajar menggunakan prinsip-prinsip kuno yang ada pada dosen yang berpikir menyamakan kita semua antara waktu sekarang dan dulu.

Kami generasi bangsa Indonesia, sebaiknya ajarain kami menjadi lebih baik bukan membodohi kami dengan teori yang sangat kuno dan basi.
